E131: Tristian Shannon CMO and COO at GMR Law and the Founder and CEO of Primus

Tristian is a Massachusetts School of Law graduate and currently works as the CMO and COO at the Law Offices of Giselle Rodriguez, and as the Founder and CEO of Primus. Tristian's journey represents one that fully aligns with the tagline of this podcast. From College Basketball player to working in Real Estate and then landing himself in Law School, Tristian faced immense struggles, but still came out on top!

Tristian and I started prior to Law School, where he was ending his college basketball career. Instead of going down the typical athlete route of teaching, coaching, or training, Tristian entered the world of Real Estate, achieving success and learning a tremendous amount. But after an issue with an attorney during his time doing Real Estate, and needing something more, Tristian decided that Law School was the route for him.

We then moved to Tristian's first year of Law School, which he hated. It was a completely new way of doing school, and while he was grateful for the opportunity, it was a great struggle, an experience that resonates with many former guests of the podcast and law students around the country. In Tristan's first exam, he would experience a panic attack for the first time, and this moment would cause a mindset change for him. Tristian would make it to the end of Law School, getting his degree and moving to the next phase in his life

Finally, we come to today, where Tristian is a serial entrepreneur, working as a COO and CMO as well as running digital marketing, and in the future, opening his own firm. Tristian’s journey is full of wisdom and hard truths, but truths that are required for growth in this life!
